Membership Application
How do I apply for membership?
You can apply online through the Membership Application Portal by completing the application form and uploading the required documents.
What membership categories are available?
ASAN offers Student Member, Associate Member, Full Member, Fellow and Corporate Member categories.
What documents are required for application?
Depending on the category applied for, applicants may be required to upload passport photographs, academic certificates, professional credentials, payment receipts and other supporting documents.
How long does application processing take?
Applications are reviewed by the appropriate committee and processing times may vary depending on the completeness of the application and review schedules.

You can track your application using the Application Tracking Portal and your application reference number.

How will I know when my application is approved?
Applicants will be notified once their application has been reviewed and approved. Status updates are also available through the Application Tracking Portal.
What is a Membership Number?
A Membership Number is a unique identifier assigned to approved members for official identification within ASAN.
What is a Certificate Number?
A Certificate Number is a unique identifier assigned to each ASAN membership certificate for authentication and verification purposes.
How do I obtain my membership certificate?
Approved members can access and download their digital membership certificates after approval.
How do I obtain my digital membership card?
Approved members can access and print their digital membership cards through the ASAN Membership System.
Certificate Verification
How can I verify an ASAN certificate?
Certificates can be verified using the Certificate Verification Portal through either the certificate number or the QR code displayed on the certificate.
What should I do if a certificate cannot be verified?
Please contact the ASAN Secretariat with the certificate details for assistance.
Conferences & Publications
How do I register for ASAN conferences?
Conference registration is available through the Conferences section of the ASAN website whenever registration is open.
How do I submit a conference paper?
Calls for papers are announced on the website and authors are expected to follow the submission guidelines provided.
Where can I access conference proceedings?
Conference proceedings can be accessed through the Publications section of the ASAN website.
